Arugula, sometimes called “rockets”, belongs to the mustard family and adds a peppery punch to a meal. Like radishes, the spiciness factor is dependent on the weather when it’s growing (the hotter it is outside when it’s growing, the spicier the plant tastes).
Store in a plastic bag/container in the fridge. Only wash right before you plan on using it - greens don’t store nearly as well when they’re washed!
