A summer favourite! We grow smallish watermelons so that you don’t get overwhelmed (they’re also particularly sweet). We are experimenting with cantaloupes and honeydews this year, wish us good luck!

Sugar Baby (watermelon)

Timeless Gold (cantaloupe)

Arava (honeydew)

Watermelon: Before you cut it open it can sit on the counter for about a week or so. Once opened, keep it in the fridge, ideally covering the open quarter or putting the open face down on a plate if cut in half.

Cantaloupe and Honeydew: We're going to harvest them when they are ripe, so keep them in the fridge. Stores 7-10 days.

Avoid cutting melons on a wooden cutting board, they'll absorb the flavours of everything you've ever cut on there.
