STORAGE

Store unwashed kale in a sealed plastic bag in your fridge ASAP! If the leaves wilt, dunk in cold water to rehydrate, dry gently, and place back in the plastic bag. Stores for 10-14 days.

Massaging kale is not only a cute thing to do, it also helps to soften the texture if you're going to be eating it raw.
